Nothing gives me greater satisfaction than to know that my Customers are happy. As such, I prefer to price up work and agree on it before undertaking commission work, or to meet Customers at my exhibitions or stalls.

1. PRICES AND POSTAGE
I have given prices wherever possible in each section. I will confirm with each order whether postage has been included or whether it will be added on top, this will be done before the order is despatched (or wherever possible before work is undertaken). In relation to commission work, there are two packages I offer:-
1. Disc Based - Commission work based on distance travelled, time, and the production and posting/delivery of a disc at the end. A price is normally agreed beforehand.
2. Print Based - Commission work based on distance travelled, time, complementary disc, and price of prints based on size of order. Postage will also be included in the price. I normally agree a price beforehand.
2. METHODS OF PAYMENT
I accept paypal payments http://www.paypal.co.uk/uk as this will cover ebay sales, and also anyone wishing to pay by credit card.
I also accept payments in GBR pounds sterling only in cash, postal order or personal cheque. Please do not send cash through the post for security reasons.
I reserve the right to allow cheques to clear before despatch of goods.
3. COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP
I claim copyright on all photographs within this website. All photographs are watermarked. In relation to commission work, copyright ownership will be at mutual discretion.
4. COMPLAINTS
I will always endeavour to provide a top notch service, as I wish all my Customers and visitors to the site to be happy.
If something does go wrong in relation to your purchase or my website, I will endeavour to rectify any problems or complaints as soon and as smoothly as possible.

RETURNS POLICY
Please contact me beforehand if you wish to return an item. All items should be returned in the condition they were received.
Items in good condition (i.e. without any faults), please contact me and return the item within 7 days in the same condition it was received. This item can then be re-sold. Once I have received the item back, I will refund the price of the item, minus all relevant postage costs.
Faulty items. Please contact me and return the item within 30 days. I will then provide a full refund, including postage.
